Dear Customer,

As a result of changes in the IRU regulation and in view of our delay in complying with the same, the IRU has passed Resolution No. (35) of 2025 dated 10/11/2025, suspending The New India Assurance Co. Ltd. Kuwait Branch, the right to practice insurance activities for a period of three months. During this time period we are not allowed to issue any new policies or renew existing policies. We will continue to service all policies currently in force, as well as receive and process any claims that you may have against any of these existing policies. 

We are doing our utmost to rectify our position with the IRU and hope that we will be able to resume our normal operations at the earliest, and service you, our esteemed clients, with our usual professionalism and promptness. 

We deeply regret the inconvenience caused by this interruption and hope for your continued support following the lifting of the suspension. We will keep you advised on the situation as things develop.
